This role is crucial for managing how the Tricentis portfolio is monetized, by designing pricing and packaging strategies that balance revenue predictability for Tricentis, budget predictability for customers, business time-to-market, and the migration needs of the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a commercial operator mindset, functioning as the primary operational partner to the EVP, Product Business Performance. The role includes managing one direct report, a pricing analyst, and collaborating with the Project Management Organization. The position operates across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones and follows a hybrid work model, requiring candidates to be based near Austin or Boston and work onsite three days a week.
