The Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and deeply attuned to the needs of institutional private market participants. In this role, you will own the positioning, messaging, and go to market strategy focused on engaging venture capital firms, family offices, growth equity funds, and other large private company shareholders to unlock liquidity in the world’s most valuable private companies. You will operate at the intersection of product, capital markets and customer experience, translating complex liquidity structures, market dynamics and regulatory considerations into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated institutional audiences. As a core cross-functional partner, you will collaborate closely with product management, capital markets, business development, marketing, communications, compliance and executive leadership to bring new supplyside capabilities and market programs to life. This role plays a critical part in shaping Forge’s marketplace strategy by leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product direction, influence prioritization, and accelerate highquality supply participation across Forge’s private markets platform.
