About The Position

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Frontline Workers to be the lead GTM strategist and subject matter expert (SME) for one of their critical sales plays. This role will bridge the gap between product innovation and field execution, ensuring their Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution is the preferred choice for organizations managing frontline devices, including ruggedized devices, shared endpoints, and kiosks. The company is an AI-driven digital work platform designed to support flexible, secure, work-from-anywhere experiences, integrating solutions like Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance into a seamless, autonomous workspace. Omnissa aims to boost employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience within the SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Mobility space.
  • Deep understanding of UEM and the specific requirements of frontline/deskless worker environments (ruggedized devices, shared mode, etc.).
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of working with large technology partners to execute joint GTM strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive global GTM plan specifically for the Frontline Worker use case.
  • Act as the internal and external SME for the deskless workforce, understanding the unique needs of healthcare, retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Produce high-impact marketing assets including whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, blogs, and website content.
  • Develop "sales-ready" tools such as pitch decks, discovery guides, and objection handling scripts, and deliver global training sessions to equip the field.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap and work with Demand Gen teams to build integrated campaigns that drive high-quality leads.
  • Act as the GTM strategic lead for OEM and alliance partners in the UEM and frontline space like Google, Samsung, and Zebra.
  • Partner with alliance teams and partner marketing to build and align on overarching Go-to-Market strategies and value propositions for joint solutions.
  • Evaluate the frontline partner landscape to ensure the GTM strategy remains aligned with evolving hardware and software trends from key alliance partners.
