About The Position

Quadient's Finance Automation portfolio, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management solutions, aims to help finance teams in North America reclaim hours lost to manual invoices, payment chasing, and fragmented cash visibility. The company has significant plans for growth in this area across the Americas. This role serves as a crucial link between the product team and the sales and support functions, responsible for bringing new products to market, enabling compelling storytelling by sales and customer teams, and driving growth through effective product commercialization.

Requirements

  • Solid product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in finance automation, fintech, or accounting software.
  • Good understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Hands-on experience launching products and creating associated collateral.
  • Confidence in customer and sales team interactions, with the credibility to represent a product effectively.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach; comfortable with shifting priorities and problem-solving.
  • Flexibility for some early starts to accommodate overlap with European colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in accounting or finance is a real plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product launches for the Americas, encompassing positioning, messaging, field readiness, and customer communication.
  • Serve as the primary expert on the AP and AR portfolio for sales, operations, and regional marketing teams.
  • Develop clear value propositions, sales collateral, and campaign content to support sales efforts.
  • Provide competitive insights to keep the sales field informed and ahead of competitors.
  • Support sales conversations and at-risk accounts by credibly representing the products to customers.
  • Act as the voice of the North American market, relaying customer needs back to the product team.
  • Collaborate with European colleagues within the Finance Automation and invoicing team.
