Nebius
$150,000 - $187,500Remote

About The Position

Nebius is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the enterprise narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for its full-stack AI cloud platform. This role is for an experienced individual in B2B cloud or AI infrastructure product marketing, capable of translating complex technical differentiators into compelling messages for enterprise buyers. The position involves understanding the AI cloud stack, engaging with technical and business stakeholders, and driving pipeline and revenue. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will report to the Product Marketing Lead and act as a force multiplier for go-to-market teams, including sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record marketing to enterprise buyers in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure (ideally AI cloud market), with a growing, modern company.
  • Proven traction in enterprise segment ownership across the marketing lifecycle, including the ability to speak to win-rates and pipeline data, supporting enterprise deals.
  • Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles.
  • Experience running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase in partnership with our digital/ABM team, with clear measurable outcomes.
  • Solid technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and the ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms).
  • Ability to go deep with engineers and translate up for executives and business buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience building and running sales and partner enablement, battlecards, pitch decks, sales playbooks and programs, competitive positioning, ROI/TCO narratives, and driving adoption of it across a field organization.
  • Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance teams) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.
  • Excellent hands-on writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, audience-first narratives that resonate.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed, connecting the dots across functions and departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
