About The Position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop clear and compelling stories from complex product knowledge for various target groups. You will work in the newly established 'Product Knowledge Enablement' team at the interface of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, combining hands-on implementation with strategic product marketing. You will develop target group-specific storylines and messages for customers, employees, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together with Marketing, you will further shape positioning and messaging and work out technical USPs with Product Management. You will plan go-to-market activities, product launches, and releases – from target groups and channels to measures and KPIs. You will independently identify gaps in product communication, ICP activation, and competitive argumentation and close them operationally. Additionally, you will build structures and formats for Product Knowledge Enablement together with the team and manage one direct report. You will create impactful enablement formats such as one-pagers, sales decks, demo scripts, argumentation guides, and training and event materials.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Experience with technical products is ideal.
  • Ability to communicate complex product content precisely, understandably, and in a target-group-oriented manner.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution: developing concepts and independently creating necessary content and materials.
  • Independent work style, early identification of relevant gaps, and driving topics forward without fully defined tasks.
  • Confident and assertive communication, ability to build bridges between different areas, and resilience in unclear situations.
  • Market, customer, and competitor understanding.

Responsibilities
