About The Position

AppDirect is seeking a strategic, builder-minded Product Manager (Senior or Staff) to own and scale their Partnerships / PRM line end-to-end. This role is part of AppDirect’s partner network team (PartnerStack), which focuses on building a two-sided marketplace that connects vendors with the right partners. The goal is to turn co-sell, resell, and agency capabilities into a market-leading PRM platform that redefines how SaaS companies grow together. The Product Manager will be responsible for setting strategy, shipping the product in collaboration with engineering and design, owning the outcomes by connecting the roadmap to revenue metrics, staying close to customers through discovery and direct engagement, and ensuring a coherent view across the product's core capabilities.

Requirements

Strong B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of wide product ownership.
Ability to move from multi-quarter strategy to backlog detail within the same week.
Excellent discovery skills and credibility to work with senior stakeholders.
Technical proficiency to understand system and integration tradeoffs and make product calls.
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on key priorities and say no effectively.
Experience in partnerships, PRM, channel, or ecosystem products.
Background adjacent to CRM (sales or revenue tooling), or experience building a Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy for the product line, including making sharp calls on focus areas.
Work hands-on with engineering and design to deliver features across co-sell, resell, and agency, including partner onboarding and pipeline flows.
Own a clear and legible roadmap, connecting it back to revenue metrics.
Conduct deep discovery with SaaS companies who use the platform.
Join real vendor onboarding and account management sessions to understand the offering.
Maintain a coherent view across the product's core capability areas.
