Senior Product Manager

AppDirectToronto, ON
Hybrid

About The Position

AppDirect is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to focus on the core of PartnerStack: the partner network. This role involves managing the two-way matching and activation between partners and programs, ensuring vendors find the right partners and partners find valuable programs. The Product Manager will engage with both sides of the marketplace to understand needs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, this role will provide product support for AEO initiatives where the network is a key component. Collaboration with engineering, design, go-to-market, and partnerships teams is essential to deliver impactful products for both vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in tech.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • A proven interest in AI accelerated delivery, with prototypes you've actually built (at work or on your own time) to back it up.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Track record of owning a product end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and adoption.
  • Deeply customer-obsessed: you talk to users constantly and your decisions show it.
  • Strong product instincts in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces where the playbook isn't written yet.
  • Ability to translate messy customer problems into crisp requirements and shipped solutions with engineering and design.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, set targets, and measure impact.
  • Clear writer and communicator who can make complex trade-offs legible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.

Responsibilities

  • Own the network experience: Drive how partners and programs find, evaluate, and connect with each other across PartnerStack.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Shape the network roadmap, making thoughtful trade-offs between short-term customer wins and longer-term investments in matching quality and network health.
  • Improve matching: Use partner profile data, performance signals, and program criteria to make recommendations and discovery measurably better on both sides.
  • Sharpen recruitment and activation: Reduce friction from a vendor recruiting a partner to that partner driving real activity, and use agent workflows to handle steps where it makes sense.
  • Customer & Internal Feedback: Run a constant loop of vendor, partner, and internal conversations, usage data, and shipped iterations to validate solutions and make sure features solve real problems on both sides of the network.
  • Data-Informed Decisions: Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work, define success metrics for matching, activation, and network health, and measure impact.
  • Adoption: Drive adoption of network capabilities by vendors and partners, reducing friction and improving outcomes for both sides.
