Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, product services, or customer-facing market roles.
  • Experience managing product lifecycles, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with an understanding of related payment workflows and customer needs.
  • Experience in a software development or IT environment, or a professional services background.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for small to moderately complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Own and communicate product roadmaps, prioritizing backlog and leading continuous enhancements based on market research and stakeholder input.
  • Lead go-to-market execution, with a focus on onboarding strategy, client enablement, and successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, sales, marketing, IT, legal, and delivery teams to define product goals, requirements, and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into business cases, product improvements, and growth opportunities.
