About The Position

Polymarket is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product outcomes across various platform areas. This role demands strong product instincts combined with operational rigor for execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will drive clarity, align teams, and deliver impactful products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and leadership to define product strategy, translate it into execution, and ensure meticulous attention to detail. Polymarket Product Managers are expected to be deeply involved with data, users, and the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a highly operational role with significant product ownership.
  • A proven track record of shipping products or initiatives with measurable impact, demonstrating personal contribution.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data, defining success metrics, and distinguishing signals from noise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing PRDs, running meetings, and explaining complex tradeoffs.
  • A bias for action, with the ability to move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on learning.
  • High operational rigor, with a focus on follow-through, attention to detail, and ensuring intended product delivery.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with evolving roadmaps and shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with prediction markets, DeFi, or blockchain-based products.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup with a focus on lean operations and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own product area vision, strategy, and roadmap, and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into clearly scoped, prioritized work, manage projects, remove blockers, and ensure team alignment on goals and rationale.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior, identify product shortcomings, and pinpoint high-leverage opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering and design from discovery through launch, providing context and making timely, well-reasoned decisions.
  • Communicate effectively across the company to align stakeholders, surface tradeoffs early, and ensure information is shared appropriately.
  • Champion product quality by pushing for simple, fast, and genuinely useful experiences, maintaining high standards for shipped products.
