About The Position

Procurify is seeking a talented and collaborative Senior Product Manager to join their team in building innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and delivering high-impact solutions within one of their core product areas. You will work in a fast-paced, AI-Native product and engineering environment. You will partner closely with your triad of engineering and design, and collaborate across the triple diamond to move quickly from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is driven to solve important problems for customers and motivated by the opportunity to create real impact. They thrive in a collaborative environment and see cross-functional partnership as essential to building great products. You will work closely with teams across the company to ensure we are solving the right problems with purpose and clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven product ownership experience within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in at least one core domain: Procurement (e.g., purchase requisitions, PO management, supplier onboarding, sourcing) or Accounts Payable (e.g., invoice data capture, approval workflows, payment execution).
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact business and customer outcomes in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working in empowered, cross-functional triads with engineering and design.
• Familiarity with AI-Native development practices and rapid experimentation.
• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on solving the right problems.
• Clear sense of domain ownership and ability to align work to strategic goals.
• Passion for building meaningful products as part of a high-performing team.
• Excellent project management skills to effectively run discovery, design, and development of initiatives in parallel.
• For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.

• Work fast in an AI-Native environment: Operate within a modern product development process using rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and AI tools. Help identify how AI can unlock better solutions, faster.
• Collaborate across the company: Work closely within the product triad and partner across every part of the business. Build alignment, share context, and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead with clarity and purpose: Approach product challenges with a strong sense of ownership and focus. Drive decisions that balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals, always aiming to deliver exceptional results.
• Contribute to product direction: Help shape the product strategy and inform roadmap decisions in their area, responsible for delivering results aligned with its goals.
