About The Position

Intuitial is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional agile team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Travel Pay product. The role is within Intuitial Six, a joint venture delivering a larger VA program serving Veterans. The Senior Product Manager owns both product and delivery for the team, including its agile practice, roadmap and backlog, release coordination with other VA teams, and maintaining progress as priorities shift. The role also presents upcoming and completed work to stakeholders and leads working sessions across teams. The position calls for a confident, structured leader who supports team empowerment and growth. The successful candidate will balance tactical and strategic work in a complex delivery environment and champion solutions to problems affecting large numbers of users. Responsibilities may evolve over time in response to the selected candidate's strengths and interests, the team, and the delivery environment. The current contract period ends February 16, 2027. Intuitial expects the VA to extend the work through June 2027 ahead of a planned recompete, but these plans are not finalized and the timeline may change. The stated salary is $158,804. The role requires availability to start within two to four weeks of an offer. Some clients may request or require travel from time to time.
