About The Position

DHI Group, Inc., parent company of Dice and ClearanceJobs, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own outcomes for the Candidate Experience on Dice.com. The role leads product discovery, determines what to build with design and engineering, and measures results using data. The Senior Product Manager partners with product, design, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver experiences that help technologists grow their careers and help employers find technology talent. The position contributes to product-area strategy and roadmap, leads AI-powered search, matching, and recommendation initiatives, and runs experiments to evaluate outcomes across both sides of the marketplace. It also owns the candidate product experience business case, including engagement, conversion, revenue impact, and costs against forecast. The product team is distributed and cross-functional, using a flexible mix of agile and Scrum practices with an emphasis on learning, experimentation, rapid delivery, and data-informed decisions. The role is available in Denver, Des Moines, or remotely within the United States. The preferred arrangement for Denver-area candidates includes working onsite at DHI's office once a week. Occasional travel to customer or Dice-hosted events may be required.
