About The Position

RevStar is an AI-first innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner building digital products for enterprise clients. The Senior Product Manager owns product delivery from discovery through launch, leading cross-functional engineering teams, running discovery workshops, using AI tools for rapid prototyping, and partnering directly with client executives to translate business needs into software.

The role facilitates client discovery, defines product roadmaps and MVP scope, and translates client vision into requirements, backlogs, and user stories. It leads Agile delivery, supports team decision-making, maintains project governance in Azure DevOps, and uses generative AI and rapid-prototyping tools to accelerate design and validation. The Senior Product Manager also serves as the primary client contact, communicates delivery progress, and guides clients through technical tradeoffs, scope, and risk.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience in a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design or prototyping tools such as v0.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onsite and virtual client discovery sessions to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics.
• Translate client vision into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories.
• Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations throughout analysis, design, and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Establish shared understanding across teams to unblock engineering, reduce delivery friction, and enable autonomous decision-making.
• Manage project governance in Azure DevOps, including clean backlogs, accurate tracking, and delivery velocity.
• Use generative AI tools and rapid-prototyping platforms such as v0 to generate wireframes and quickly validate user experiences.
• Explore and implement AI workflows to accelerate client communication, requirements gathering, and design iterations.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trust through proactive communication, delivery updates, and value creation.
• Guide clients through technical tradeoffs, scope management, and risk mitigation.
