About The Position

Berry Street is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own execution for a meaningful part of its patient or provider experience. The role partners closely with the Head of Product to translate strategy into a clear, sequenced roadmap and deliver it hands-on. The Product Manager will move between day-to-day product decisions and broader strategic judgment, working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment and using AI both in their own work and in products built for users. The role spans patient and provider experiences, clinical workflows, and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and care quality; simplify existing product experiences; use AI thoughtfully; prototype ideas; and collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to ship quickly and incorporate feedback. Berry Street is a healthcare platform connecting patients with clinicians and AI tools to support care for chronic and acute conditions, working with health plans, health systems, and care management companies across all 50 states. The company launched in 2023 and is Series B-backed.
