About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a well-defined subdomain or initiative end to end, delivering outcomes within a domain whose overall direction is set by domain leadership. You will shape and defend the roadmap for your area, sequence work, and partner closely with a senior engineer to make technical tradeoffs. You will also mentor PMs working alongside you and use AI in your daily workflow to prototype, analyze, and accelerate work. This is an ownership role for a subdomain—not a backlog-management position or a full-domain strategy seat.

Requirements

3–5 years of product management experience.
Experience owning outcomes—not only execution—for at least one product area.
Comfort with moderate ambiguity and ability to develop a practical plan within a direction set by leadership.
Technical ability to engage directly with engineers on tradeoffs, not only requirements.
First-principles problem-solving skills and comfort working at a startup pace while building processes where none exist.
A hands-on, daily AI-native workflow.
Based in San Francisco and committed to working onsite.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
Experience with conversational AI, voice, or agentic systems.
Experience mentoring a junior product manager.
Experience shipping a 0-to-1 product within a larger organization.
