About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in the strategy, execution, and continual improvement of our product capabilities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize outcomes, and drive delivery in alignment with business goals and customer needs. You are responsible for translating product strategy and customer insights into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering high-value solutions to customers. This remote-first role is ideal for a technically strong Senior Product Manager who has delivered specific functionality and is now looking for ownership of an area of the product that services multiple personas with encompassing workflows. This is a true product manager role - where you’ll define the execution strategies and not just “manage a backlog”.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear product strategies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with an ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • A bias to action - with a demonstrable iterative approach that accelerates understanding and mitigates risk.
  • A demonstrable ability to prioritize and say “no” to the things that don’t align or don’t matter.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience influencing without authority across engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset for key persona-based workflows.
  • Identify key areas of investment by working directly with customers and GTM teams.
  • Build business cases and roadmaps that deliver real value and outcomes.
  • Build long-term directions for investments based on hypotheses, data, and market insights.
  • Balance competing initiatives based on user needs and business outcomes.
  • Define work plans that optimize outcomes and work directly with the development team to deliver.
  • Work across sales, support, and marketing teams to ensure outcomes are realized through communication, education, release management, and post-release monitoring.
  • Focus on adoption, maintenance, additional functionality requirements, and sunsetting if required after release.
  • Deliver solutions that are adopted and utilized by focusing on problems and outcomes vs features.
