We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Authentication Platform team. In this role, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for securing authentication sessions and protocols across Microsoft Entra. This is crucial as organizations accelerate digital transformations and embrace AI, making secure authentication foundational to protecting their people, data, resources, and AI agents. You will partner with engineering, engage with customers and partners, and drive new products that advance Microsoft's Zero Trust vision. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Nice To Haves
- Identity or security product experience preferred.
- Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
- Desirable to have experience using Generative AI tools to improve product development & product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Anticipates customers’ unmet needs and market opportunities for enhancements to Entra Core Authentication Platform.
- Demonstrates and builds enterprise-grade product experiences across team & divisional boundaries.
- Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmap.
- Ensures alignment between the roadmap with the team’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
