About The Position

Chewy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Supply Chain - Outbound Technology team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role focuses on defining and executing the Delivery Experience strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer delivery, develop scalable solutions, and improve key metrics. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and launch new features that improve delivery transparency and efficiency. The Senior Product Manager will develop and execute a product roadmap for Delivery Experience, focusing on areas such as customer delivery transparency, checkout options, issue notifications, and customer service empowerment. A key aspect of the role is leading data-driven product development using tools like data warehousing, SQL, Tableau, and predictive modeling to create innovative delivery solutions. The role also involves optimizing shopping, conversion, and buying experiences across web and mobile platforms, defining business and technical requirements, and driving A/B testing strategies. The Senior Product Manager will also develop self-service tools for customer service and content management, stay updated on industry trends, provide regular reporting and analysis, and own the long-term strategy for Delivery Experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study and 5 years of experience required as an Information Technology Project Manager or a related position/occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with eCommerce
  • 5 years of experience with SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing
  • 5 years of experience with Statistical models, UX analysis
  • 5 years of experience with Analyzing complex data & generating insights
  • 5 years of experience with Customer experience features & enhancements
  • 5 years of experience with Business strategy, KPIs & customer experience metrics
  • 5 years of experience with Advanced SQL & Data Analytics
  • 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence & Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • 5 years of experience with Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Delivery Experience strategy, ensuring alignment between technology, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer delivery experience, develop scalable solutions, and improve key success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer service, and transportation, to build and launch new features that enhance delivery transparency and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Delivery Experience, focusing on customer delivery transparency, checkout options, issue notifications, and customer service empowerment.
  • Lead data-driven product development, leveraging data warehousing, SQL, Tableau, and predictive modeling to build innovative delivery experience solutions.
  • Optimize key shopping, conversion, and buying experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless order completion and delivery tracking.
  • Define business and technical requirements by analyzing customer data, behavioral insights, and business objectives, transforming them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
  • Drive A/B and multi-variate testing strategies to optimize customer engagement and product effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop self-service tools for customer service, content management, and site merchandising.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the delivery experience.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis, including forecasting and performance monitoring, to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Own the long-term strategy (3-5 years) for Delivery Experience, aligning product priorities with business goals.
