About The Position

Amplo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and execution across the Amplo platform. This role requires a broad perspective, a strong customer focus, and the ability to make difficult prioritization decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CTO and collaborate with Engineering, CX, and GTM teams to translate company strategy into a deliverable roadmap. This position is for someone who views product management as a decision-making function that creates clarity, not just process. A deep understanding of AI is highly valued, as the role involves approaching product challenges through the lens of AI's capabilities. The role will initially focus on high-priority projects and will expand to full platform-wide product ownership.

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, with significant time in a senior or lead capacity.
Demonstrated AI-native product instincts.
Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder product areas with significant autonomy.
Strong written communication skills and a bias toward clarity.
Comfort operating in a startup environment with broad scope, evolving priorities, and real ownership.
Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow software used by professionals in complex domains.

Nice To Haves

Background in insurance, fintech, or another regulated vertical.
Experience as a solo or early-stage PM at a company with fewer than 100 employees.
Familiarity working alongside a technical CTO or in a deeply technical product environment.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap across the Amplo platform, making prioritization calls that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Drive discovery and customer insight: Lead ongoing discovery with insurance brokers and agency operators to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
Ship with engineering: Write clear specifications, participate in planning and review, and stay close to the delivery process.
Lead AI product strategy: Identify opportunities for AI to create leverage for Amplo customers and the platform, and design features incorporating AI.
Synthesize cross-functional signals: Consolidate input from Sales, CX, and Support into a coherent product view and help the organization prioritize effectively.
Define and track success: Set clear metrics for all shipped products and manage the feedback loop from launch through iteration.
Communicate decisions: Make product thinking visible across the organization, including to the CTO, engineering, and go-to-market teams, through clear writing and concise explanations.
