Senior Product Manager

About The Position

Havenly is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a product surface end-to-end, including the roadmap, key metrics, and strategic decisions about what to build. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams, as well as product leadership and executives. The company emphasizes a fast-paced environment with AI at the core of its operations, seeking individuals comfortable with established processes and capable of bringing structure to ambiguous problems. The role involves either owning the Design Services product surface (onboarding, designer matching, 3D design tool, product sourcing, AI design assistance) or the Owned & Operated Ecommerce surface (product discovery, customization, merchandising, checkout). The Senior Product Manager will partner with design and engineering to translate opportunities into product work, measure impact to influence strategy, and mentor other PMs. The ideal candidate is curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2C, consumer-facing products
  • At least one product area where you owned the roadmap and a top-line metric end-to-end.
  • Comfortable executing against an established playbook, and just as comfortable navigating ambiguity when there isn't one — identifying opportunities and defining the highest-likelihood path forward.
  • Excellent communicators who build credibility quickly and influence effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative decision making.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.
  • Genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We do not offer any sponsorship.

  • Partner with design and engineering to turn opportunities into clear product work, trade-offs, and releases.
