About The Position

MacStadium is the leading provider of private Mac cloud infrastructure, purpose-built for the Apple ecosystem. Our mission is to deliver cloud solutions that simplify Mac for business. We give enterprises, software teams, and independent developers dedicated access to genuine Apple hardware, without the overhead of procuring, racking, or managing it themselves, so they can build, test, and ship Apple platform software faster and more securely. Our product portfolio spans macOS virtualization and orchestration (Orka), private Mac cloud and bare-metal compute, Mac Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, including Citrix-based remote desktop access) for distributed teams, and dedicated Apple Silicon infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads. We're trusted by organizations ranging from fast-growing startups to household names, and leading financial institutions, who rely on MacStadium to power their iOS, macOS, and cross-platform development pipelines at scale.

Requirements

6 or more years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools, ideally spanning growth, lifecycle, or platform experience work.
Demonstrated experience mapping and optimizing a multi-step customer journey, and using data to identify and close friction points in discovery, conversion, or retention.
Experience partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success/support to reduce churn and improve signup-to-purchase conversion.
Comfort setting direction for product design priorities and balancing consistency and usability across a multi-product platform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to align domain product managers, engineering, and go-to-market teams around a shared roadmap.
Comfort working with data: defining metrics, interpreting funnel and cohort analytics, and using them to make prioritization calls.
Experience running customer and market discovery, including interviews and win/loss reviews, and building business cases for new products, including market sizing, pricing and packaging hypotheses, and success metrics, to support build, buy, or partner recommendations.

Experience seeding early-stage innovation initiatives in AI, clustering, or automation, and setting vision for autonomous teams to execute.
Background in product-led growth, onboarding, or trial and self-serve conversion optimization.
