About The Position

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Marketing Solutions Customer Experience team and lead the evolution of its organic-to-paid advertising experience, particularly the Boost Your Content feature. The role focuses on simplifying the transition from organic content to paid promotion, driving upsells into LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and collaborating across business units on service bundles for small businesses. The work is intended to improve advertiser onboarding, retention, customer satisfaction, and the overall user experience while helping advertisers maximize ROI. The position will also use AI technologies to improve product usability and effectiveness. The product manager will own the LMS Organic to Paid charter, defining its vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans with cross-functional stakeholders. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from concept and user research through go-to-market planning and launch, and requires data-driven decision-making amid ambiguity. The position also establishes product metrics, objectives, and key results, advocates for the product with users, stakeholders, and company leaders, and conducts competitive analysis. The role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or Bellevue. It is hybrid, with work performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by business needs.
