About The Position

Bikky is seeking its first Product Manager to help build exceptional products. For five years, Bikky has developed its data products with significant input from engineers, designers, and data analysts. As the company and platform have grown, there is a need for a dedicated Product Manager to consolidate these efforts and drive product development forward. This role will involve taking on a substantial portion of the product work currently handled by a co-founder, collaborating to set priorities and make decisions. The Product Manager will identify high-leverage opportunities, develop strategies, and work closely with customers, engineers, and designers. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, with the support of an engaged team, and the opportunity to shape product management practices at Bikky as the company expands. This is an ideal role for an individual who desires a significant influence on product direction and development.

Requirements

• Experience with data products.
• A proven track record of building and shipping real products that people use.
• Strong judgment, taste, and intelligence, with the ability to make high-leverage decisions with minimal supervision.
• B2B product experience, ideally at a company that scaled from Series A through Series C.
• Ability to build trust quickly and take ownership of significant product areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive decisions on products currently being built, including research, data-backed recommendations, and ensuring successful shipment.
• Lead net-new product development from research and customer conversations to build completion.
• Refine current products by synthesizing customer feedback and needs.
• Own product operations, including training and informing users about product changes.
• Support go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new and existing products.
• Be deeply aware of customer needs and ensure maximum value delivery across new products, existing product optimization, and market expansion.
