As a Vetsource Senior Product Manager, you are a strategic leader of a cross-functional product squad. You own the "why" and the "when" of features. You work closely with executive leadership to ensure your product roadmap is a direct driver of Vetsource’s business outcomes. You are an evangelist for your product vision, building high-trust partnerships across the organization to inspire growth and remove roadblocks. You move beyond simply managing a backlog to shaping a domain strategy. By staying incredibly close to our customers and keeping a pulse on animal health industry dynamics, you provide a creative lens that identifies new market opportunities. This is a full-time, remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 5+ years of product management or comparable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using highly quantitative methods.
• Proven history of product results and leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage complex, multi-squad dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Align product roadmaps with 6 - 12 month business objectives and P&L goals.
• Expert Communication: Evangelize product vision to stakeholders and "influence up" to executives.
• Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-ambiguity projects requiring coordination across multiple departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
• Data Leadership: Define KPIs that matter for a business unit and use them to drive prioritization.
• Tech-Minded Partnership: Partner with engineering leads on technical trade-offs and understand the software development lifecycle.
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop other team members.
• Identify and lead ongoing product discovery efforts to build a "Discovery culture".
• Work across multiple products to create new opportunities or reduce risk.
