Senior Product Manager

Precision NutritionToronto, ON
CA$130,000 - CA$150,000Remote

About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of two interconnected product areas: our new Premium Membership program for coaches and our Coaching Software products. This role is crucial in transforming Precision Nutrition's product strategy into a tangible platform that coaches and clients will value and rely on. You will report directly to the CEO and COO, collaborating closely with leaders across product, engineering, design, marketing, coaching, customer experience, sales, and AI. The position requires strong product judgment to make strategic decisions, prioritize effectively, and translate vision into an exceptional user experience. This is not a traditional role focused on managing a backlog; instead, it centers on turning a strong product vision and existing research into a coherent roadmap and a high-performing product experience through thoughtful decisions about sequencing, simplification, and user value. You will own the product roadmap, drive product development and execution, lead the development of the Premium Membership and Coaching Software, and manage product performance metrics. You will also be responsible for fostering cross-functional clarity and alignment. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in the 'messy middle' of product development, thinking of product as a system, and possesses a deep curiosity for coaches, clients, and behavior change. AI fluency is essential for both workflow enhancement and product integration. This role requires leading through influence and the ability to both strategize and execute.

Requirements

  • Experience leading product development for a SaaS, membership, subscription, learning, marketplace, professional tools, prosumer, or workflow-based product
  • Demonstrated ability to turn product vision, customer research, features, and requirements into a focused roadmap and development plan
  • Experience working directly with internal engineering teams to ship product improvements, features, and user experiences
  • Strong product judgment around sequencing, prioritization, tradeoffs, scope, and user value
  • Experience owning product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, usage, satisfaction, or customer success indicators
  • Strong written communication, including product briefs, requirements, roadmap rationale, user stories, and internal alignment documents
  • Daily, meaningful fluency with AI tools as part of your product workflow
  • Comfort in a flat organization with distributed authority and integrated decision-making
  • Passion for health, fitness, performance, longevity, or behavior change
  • A regular health and fitness practice that gives you personal connection to the space

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with premium memberships or recurring-revenue products
  • Experience with coaching software, client management tools, practice management tools, learning platforms, or professional tools
  • Experience building products for independent professionals, coaches, practitioners, creators, consultants, or small business owners
  • Familiarity with SaaS product metrics, including activation, retention, lifecycle engagement, feature adoption, and expansion
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows, personalization, recommendation systems, or intelligent product experiences
  • Experience with products that combine content, community, software, services, and behavior change
  • Ability to simplify complex methods into intuitive product experiences
  • Experience navigating a product or business model transition where the strategy was clear but the path to execution still needed to be defined

  • Develop a focused roadmap for Premium Membership and Coaching Software that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
