In this role you will own Studio, healthcare’s no-code AI agent builder, and shape how AI agents get built across our platform. You will own the full experience for building AI agents, Workflows and Connectors (MCP Servers) end to end, and you will define how teams design, test, and ship agents that handle real conversations with patients, payors, and providers. As the Product Owner for Studio, you will own three customer-facing experiences: the AI agent builder, where teams define what an agent does and pressure-tests the full configuration across thousands of simulated conversations; the workflow builder, which connects agents, automated steps, and integrations into coordinated, outcome-driven journeys across the patient, member, payor and provider experience; and connectors, which give agents the same real-time context (eligibility, case status, payor requirements, and more) that our best coordinators rely on. You will own the roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for all three, working side by side with an engineering team applying cutting-edge AI and ML techniques.
