Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years as a senior PM
Proven experience owning large, complex product areas and delivering significant business outcomes
Strong data fluency and experience with SQL or BI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a hardware+software environment a strong plus

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product area including customer-facing apps, machine software, or platform services
Lead discovery by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into a coherent product vision
Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Hardware to build and ship great products
Define and own product KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement
Mentor and support more junior PMs and help build a strong product culture at Vale
Represent the product perspective in executive leadership discussions
Partner with Marketing on positioning, launch strategy, and go-to-market for new features and products
