You'll own a new, strategic multi-year initiative end-to-end: strategy, discovery, and outcomes. This is a category-defining product with no equivalent on the market today. Working day-to-day in a product trio alongside a Tech Lead and a Designer, you'll have real autonomy to understand customer problems deeply, decide what to build, and prove it works. We want you to lead with evidence, challenge assumptions, and make product bets that move the business. You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional peers across the SINGU Group to ensure your product drives revenue and solves real problems in the European market. Product Discovery & Strategy Lead continuous discovery to identify customer problems worth solving within your product trio. Validate opportunities and define well-scoped requirements before committing engineering effort. Translate insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap. Build strong alignment with Sales and Marketing so that discovery, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market timing reinforce each other. Execution & Delivery Move validated opportunities through shipped product, owning requirements, clarity and delivery priorities. Identify and resolve ambiguities, dependencies, and competing priorities. Define and own product metrics and KPIs, building dashboards and feedback loops that drive post-launch iteration. Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to deepen product insights, customer understanding, and decision-making quality. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams on go-to-market strategy (positioning, launch plans, and enablement). Collaborate with fellow Product Managers and teams across the SINGU Group.
