Senior Product Manager

DHI Group, Inc.•Denver, CO
•$135,000 - $175,000•Remote

About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own outcomes for the Candidate Experience on Dice.com. You will lead discovery to identify valuable problems, decide what to build in partnership with design and engineering, and use data to demonstrate impact. You will collaborate with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ship experiences that help technologists grow their careers and help employers find tech talent. You will also work with Product leadership to shape strategy for your area and deliver results. The role is part of a distributed, cross-functional Product team spanning product management, product design, engineering, QA, and data. The team uses a flexible blend of Agile and Scrum practices, with an emphasis on learning, experimentation, shipping quickly, measuring results, and using data and feedback to guide future decisions. The role will help accelerate delivery of user-centered, AI-powered experiences that strengthen value for both sides of Dice's marketplace. Initially, you will learn Dice.com, its users and customers, and its product strategy and roadmap; build relationships with product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing partners; lead user interviews; define strategy and own the roadmap and backlog for your area; and ship a Dice.com improvement within 90 days, with a clear understanding of its impact. You will also learn the AI delivery workflow and prototype ideas with product, design, and engineering. Over time, you will contribute to your area's vision and roadmap, prioritize work, guide your team toward accountable outcomes, communicate decisions and risks to leadership, and lead AI-powered search, matching, and recommendation initiatives. You will define success metrics and run experiments that consider impact on both sides of the marketplace. You will conduct ongoing market and customer discovery, own the candidate experience business case—including engagement, conversion, revenue impact, and costs against forecast—and align launches with Dice and DHI strategy in partnership with marketing and other teams.
