About The Position

Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and grow core capabilities of Vault PromoMats, a platform used by life sciences companies to manage promotional content across the full lifecycle, including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, claims management, digital asset management, and multichannel content distribution. The role owns product strategy and the multi-release roadmap for key capabilities, working with Engineering, UX, customers, and other Vault product teams to identify high-impact problems, define requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for a regulated industry. The product manager will explore where AI capabilities can improve customer workflows, balancing customer needs and market trends with design and engineering considerations. The role also involves engaging brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams; defining and tracking customer-value metrics; writing specifications; and partnering through design, development, testing, and release. Solutions should reduce manual effort through automation and AI-assisted capabilities while preserving the auditability required by regulated customers. The position also supports go-to-market readiness by enabling Sales, Services, and Support with product positioning, demos, and documentation. Veeva is a public benefit corporation and a Work Anywhere company, supporting employees working from home or in an office. The listed base salary range is $120,000–$200,000, with actual compensation varying based on experience, location, qualifications, and expected contributions. The position may also be eligible for variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
