About The Position

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced product manager to own and grow core capabilities of Vault PromoMats, its platform for managing the promotional content lifecycle in life sciences. The role owns product strategy and the roadmap for capabilities such as claims management, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows, and digital asset management. The product manager works with Engineering, UX, customers, and other teams to identify high-impact problems, define requirements, and ship scalable, high-quality solutions suited to a highly regulated industry. The role also determines where AI capabilities fit into the roadmap, engages with life sciences brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams, and measures customer impact through metrics such as MLR review cycle reduction, time to approval, claims auto-link rates, and feature adoption. The product manager helps reduce manual work through automation and AI-assisted capabilities while preserving auditability, and partners across Vault and with Sales, Services, and Support to bring releases to market.
