Reason One is hiring a Senior Product Manager with health system experience to develop and lead innovative product strategies for clients like Emory Healthcare, Children’s Nebraska, and Prisma Health. Healthcare is complex, deeply human work, and we’re seeking a seasoned product leader who understands the operational realities of health systems and the needs of patients and communities, and can turn that insight into thoughtful, effective digital products that deliver real results. You’ll have an opportunity to join a growing B Corp on a mission to improve digital access and equity in healthcare. Your Responsibilities Senior Product Managers at Reason One own the product from strategy through delivery. You'll be part of a fully cross-functional team, working alongside account directors, project managers, designers, content strategists, and developers daily. You'll develop a deep understanding of each client and their users, own the product roadmap, and ensure the work delivers the outcomes the client is investing in. Product Strategy & Definition Whether you’re shaping a new digital product from scratch or driving the continuous improvement of something already shipped, you own the strategic foundation: Partner with clients and stakeholders to define what the digital product needs to accomplish - for the organization and for its users - and establish the goals and success metrics (KPIs) that will measure it. For new builds, this means shaping that definition from the ground up; for existing products, it means evaluating current performance and identifying what needs to evolve Conduct market research, competitive analysis, analytics reviews, and site audits to surface opportunities - both for initial product definition and for ongoing optimization of live digital experiences Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including delivery items, sprint breakdown, and milestones; for continuous innovation engagements, prioritize enhancements based on user data, client feedback, and business impact Define detailed product requirements and user stories for net-new features as well as iterative improvements to existing functionality Manage client expectations and product scope throughout project lifecycle Serve as the client advocate when collaborating with internal teams on product and UX decisions - keeping the team grounded in the client's needs, constraints, and user realities, and ensuring we're delivering the value and outcomes the client is investing in Product Delivery & Oversight Once implementation begins, you shift into delivery mode - ensuring the backlog is healthy, stories are ready, and the team has what they need: Maintain a healthy backlog: stories authored, split, reviewed, and approved at least two sprints ahead of development Collaborate closely with the tech lead and dev team during implementation, providing product context and making scope decisions as they arise Post-launch, accountable for how the product evolves - synthesizing inputs from across the team (analytics from Marketing & Optimization, technical considerations from Tech leads, user feedback) to prioritize what gets improved, when, and why Practice & Culture Work closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to maintain clear ownership across roles. You own the product direction and backlog - budget, schedule, and account management sit with your AD and PM counterparts. Collaborate with product management peers to push the practice forward Contribute to our shared healthcare knowledge base and reusable product foundations - helping capture what we know and building the templates, patterns, and components that accelerate delivery across engagements Participate in Reason One’s B Corp mandate to improve our social and environmental impact How We Measure Success We believe in clear expectations. Here’s how performance in this role is measured: Product Success : At least 75% of established product KPIs and goals are met Roadmap Completeness : Product roadmap is fully developed - delivery items, sprint breakdown, and milestones - before implementation begins Backlog Health : User stories are completed at least two sprints in advance throughout the implementation phase
