About The Position

Turing is hiring a Senior Product Manager, AI, for its Enterprise AI business unit. The role leads product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platforms supporting back-office operations, especially fund controller accounting and Global Business Finance. The product manager works with global financial services clients, senior business leaders, engineering, and operations teams to modernize critical back-office platforms and improve operational efficiency. The role involves understanding financial workflows, controls, and pain points across domains such as fund accounting, books and records, and core accounting, then translating those needs into product requirements that meet audit and governance standards. The product manager leads AI products from discovery through delivery, defines evaluations for model and agent quality, designs human-in-the-loop workflows, and coordinates delivery priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks with engineering. The posting emphasizes product direction and measurable business value. It also notes that familiarity with AI is a plus and that the primary focus is delivering value through well-designed operational systems rather than building AI solutions.
