About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Koddi, you will own the product strategy and vision for one or more parts of the business. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to define and execute an ambitious roadmap that improves life for customers. The role involves understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape, aligning cross-functional partners around customer problems, using available research and tools to make informed decisions, and driving product quality and execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager, software engineer, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, execution, and results.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build trust with engineering.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and speech to internal and external audiences.
• One or more demonstrable personal projects showing creativity and proficiency with AI.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with first-party advertising businesses, such as a Sponsored Listings program or Google, Meta, or Amazon platforms.
• Experience in the broader display advertising ecosystem, such as a DSP, SSP, or CDP.
• Experience with complex enterprise-grade software, such as a CRM, merchant portal, or advertising front end.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and crafting communications for them.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Koddi customers’ needs and the competitive landscape.
• Lead the creation of an ambitious roadmap for the assigned product area, combining cross-functional input, customer knowledge, and industry insights.
• Write clear product documents and detailed AI-driven prototypes that articulate customer problems and build organizational alignment.
• Gather information needed to make informed decisions using self-directed research, AI, and teammates.
• Advance Koddi’s products by prioritizing, advocating for the team, identifying and resolving obstacles, and building solutions when needed.
• Raise the bar for product quality through attention to detail and a strong focus on getting things right.
