Senior Product Manager - Inventory

Rocket Companies•Washington, DC
•$159,500 - $273,100

About The Position

Redfin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead efforts to grow its home-listing supply and create experiences that make Redfin-exclusive inventory stand out and encourage buyers to return. The role defines the strategy and roadmap for listing volume, quality, and freshness, including new supply sources, data partnerships, and ingestion improvements. It also shapes how exclusive inventory appears across search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement surfaces on web and apps. This is a hands-on, AI-focused product role. The manager will identify opportunities to use AI in sourcing, enriching, and presenting listings; prototype with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor; and partner with engineering and data science to deliver solutions with sound evaluation and quality tradeoffs. The role owns inventory and engagement metrics, runs experiments, and aligns engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, Rocket teams, and leadership on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps. Its scope is expected to grow with the opportunity.

  • Strong data skills, including SQL, by hand or with an LLM, to investigate performance and size opportunities.
  • Ability to define problems, make decisions with incomplete information, and adjust as new information emerges.
  • A record of aligning engineering, design, operations, and business leaders around a shared plan.

  • Experience in real estate, listings, or another high-consideration marketplace.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
