About The Position

Realtor.com® has acquired Avail, the leading property management platform for independent landlords. Avail serves over 600,000 landlords across the U.S. with tools, education, and support to manage every stage of the rental process. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next stage of Avail's evolution. You will partner deeply with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and cross-functional Realtor.com® teams to create landlord experiences that are trustworthy, intelligent, and uniquely Avail. This role is for someone driven by big product challenges, energized by building indispensable products, and inspired by making independent landlords better investors.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, primarily in the B2C space.
Experience with fintech or other heavily regulated products is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency with LLMs, chat agents, and tools like MCPs to accelerate discovery, draft and stress-test specs, prototype ideas, and pressure-test logic before it reaches engineering.
A clear point of view on where AI creates genuine, durable user value (and where it doesn’t).
Experience embedding AI capabilities inside a product is highly preferred.
Deep data-driven mindset with a strong instinct for the metrics that matter, and hands-on experience designing and running product experiments to drive informed decisions.
Track record of shipping features that deepen user engagement and achieve financial targets.
Ability to navigate complex, constraint-heavy problems, including regulatory, data access, and cross-team dependencies, using sound judgment and data to drive results.
Effective partnership with engineers and designers on complex architectural and UX challenges, grounded in a landlord-centered approach informed by user research, market insights, and behavioral data.
Leadership and communication that creates confidence in the face of ambiguity.
A genuine desire to contribute to and help build a highly inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

Define and drive consumer product initiatives for Avail, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-growth revenue objectives.
Lead the development of new features that deepen the value Avail delivers to landlords, helping them manage their properties and grow their portfolios with greater confidence and clarity.
Work closely with design, engineering, data science, finance and marketing to align on roadmaps and ensure the successful execution of high-impact features.
Use landlord feedback, behavioral data, and marketplace signals to shape product priorities and drive thoughtful experimentation.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to guide continuous improvement.
Regularly communicate with Avail and leadership on projects and outcomes, securing support for key initiatives.
