About The Position

AEO Employment Services CO LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive customer product, marketing, and brand experience strategies across international retail channels and markets. The position is fully remote, with work permitted from anywhere in the United States. Periodic in-person presence is required at a Pittsburgh or NYC headquarters, distribution center, or field location for interviews, orientation, and quarterly meetups.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, international partners, and external vendors to develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies; leads international e-commerce initiatives and platform launches incorporating local payment gateways, languages, and market-specific experiences; oversees technical integrations supporting internationalization, translation, and seamless global customer experiences; and supervises 1099 contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in a related Business Systems Analyst or Product Management position.
• Five years of experience defining business and technical requirements and prioritizing backlogs for retail e-commerce product roadmaps.
• Five years of experience managing external partnerships and vendors for international web and mobile platforms, including SLAs, RFPs, contracts, and budget management.
• Five years of experience leading internationalization integrations, including international pricing conversion, translation, and taxes across global digital platforms.
• Five years of experience integrating leading payment processors or gateways with international e-commerce and point-of-sale payment ecosystems.
• Experience requirements may be concurrent.

Responsibilities
