Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and how financial ledgers operate.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as KYC/AML, CCPA, and other state regulations, and PCI-DSS.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau) to make informed product decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA is strongly recommended but not required.
  • Experience leading product launch from 0 to 1.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across the globe in multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core financial products.
  • Define and communicate a long-term product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on market response and customer feedback.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing user behavior, transaction data, and market metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to create internal and client-facing product marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Evaluate competitor intelligence to recommend new product developments.
  • Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy, including target audience, value proposition, marketing channels, sales strategies, and pricing.
  • Ensure alignment between product development and market needs for successful product launches.
  • Manage expectations and maintain transparency with executive leadership and external partners (e.g., banks, payment processors).
  • Act as the primary liaison to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
