About The Position

AutoUncle is building the AI-native infrastructure for how Europe's car dealers sell. The company helps hundreds of car dealers across Europe turn online attention into real customers. The industry is undergoing a structural, AI-driven shift from tools that merely record work to systems that actively do the work. AutoUncle is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their lead suite, which includes tools that reside within the dealer's environment and convert car buyers into high-quality, consented leads and customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a product surface that has already influenced market conversion and to define its future.

Requirements

• Genuinely AI-first mindset, building with AI every day and thinking natively in agent workflows.
• Experience owning consumer-facing digital products end-to-end, with the ability to explain results and impact.
• Experience working as a member of a delivery team, collaborating daily with engineers and design.
• Strong generalist who can reframe problems when things change.
• Sharp business acumen and ability to tie product decisions to commercial results.
• Exceptional communication skills across product, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Fluent in English (working language).
• Ambitious in a way that lifts the team.
• Humble enough to put the company ahead of ego.
• Coachable: asks for feedback and acts on it.
• Biased for action: moves without being told and takes initiative.
• Commitment to frequent in-person time at the Aarhus office (for remote candidates).

Nice To Haves

• German language fluency.
• Automotive, marketplace, or two-sided-platform experience.
• Deep e-commerce experience.
• Experience running a product deployed on third-party websites where delivery depends on someone else's stack.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evolve how our lead suite helps both dealers and consumers.
• Run tight, evidence-led discovery with dealers and car buyers.
• Connect our lead suite to our AI native core.
• Push the boundaries for how car buyers connect with dealerships.
• Work on products where AutoUncle meets the car buyer inside the dealer's world, such as trade-in valuations, test-drive bookings, and price alerts.
• Fix what should be fixed, raise the bar on what already works, connect properly into our AI-native core, and push the whole thing somewhere new.
• Be hands-on prototyping, digging into the numbers, and collaborating with engineers and designers.
