Senior Product Manager

Viz.ai
•$150,000 - $215,000•Remote

About The Position

Viz.ai is seeking a pulmonologist to own one or more care pathways in its Pulmonary suite. The role applies firsthand clinical experience to understand pulmonary care problems, test solutions with clinicians, and bring effective tools into use. Initial focus areas include COPD, AATD, broader pulmonary clinic workflows such as asthma, and a portfolio that also includes incidental pulmonary nodules and lung cancer screening. Some products are already live with customers, while others are being built and validated. The Senior Product Manager owns pathways end to end, from defining customer problems and setting priorities and roadmaps to developing requirements, establishing success measures, and driving launch and adoption. The role partners closely with the Clinical team and CMO to keep decisions clinically sound and evidence-informed. This is a hands-on product ownership role rather than a clinical advisory position. Candidates may be transitioning from clinical practice or already have product or digital health experience; a prior product management title is not required if they have relevant experience improving clinical workflows, implementing clinical software, or leading digital health initiatives. Viz.ai is a remote-first company across the U.S. and EU. Its team in Tel Aviv operates in a flexible hybrid model. The company describes itself as mission-driven and focused on increasing access to lifesaving treatments and improving care for people with respiratory disease.

  • Structured problem-solving, clear writing, and a record of driving work to completion across teams.
  • Working knowledge of pulmonary guidelines and how care pathways operate within health systems.
  • Curiosity about AI products and willingness to prototype and test ideas independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient pulmonary experience, including longitudinal COPD and asthma management, testing, referrals, follow-up, and care-team coordination.

  • Experience with clinical AI validation or FDA CDS guidance.

  • Lead discovery and site visits with pulmonary care teams and key opinion leaders, converting findings into prioritized problems and recommendations.
  • Develop requirements with product and engineering teams, set success measures, and drive cross-functional follow-through while surfacing dependencies and blockers early.
  • Support products after go-live by identifying barriers to use and working with Customer Success, Implementation, Design, and Engineering on fixes and improvements informed by feedback and usage data.
  • Lead clinical investigation and resolution of customer issues with customer-facing teams, and partner with Clinical and the CMO on claims, validation, and evidence.
