ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Own and maintain the Digital Clinic product roadmap, aligning priorities with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders Lead product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, user research synthesis, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and UX teams Facilitate cross-functional discovery and planning sessions to align product direction with business goals and technical constraints Drive the shift from project-based delivery to product-centric, outcome-focused methodology within the Digital Clinic team Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure the Digital Clinic platform supports care delivery workflows and patient experience goals Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile sprint cycles to prioritize the backlog, unblock delivery, and ensure high-quality releases Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure feature success, user adoption, and platform health Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and clinical stakeholders Support integration planning and go-live readiness for new Digital Clinic features and partner system connections (e.g., Carelon, Humana) Identify usability gaps and product optimization opportunities by synthesizing user feedback, support data, and platform analytics Ensure product decisions account for healthcare regulatory requirements, data privacy standards (HIPAA), and clinical workflow integrity. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent Agile certification preferred. EXPERIENCE 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting (provider, payor, or digital health) Proven experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration Background in healthcare technology, including familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, payer integrations, or care management platforms KNOWLEDGE Deep understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Lean, Jobs-to-be-Done, etc.) Strong grasp of the healthcare technology landscape including provider and payor systems, care delivery models, and value-based care concepts Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy requirements, and compliance considerations relevant to digital health products Familiarity with UX principles and ability to partner effectively with design teams on user-centered product development SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong product thinking with ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex product decisions into clear narratives for clinical, operational, and executive audiences Ability to facilitate discovery workshops, roadmap reviews, and sprint ceremonies with cross-functional teams Ability to work through ambiguity and make informed product decisions with incomplete information Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality Adaptability to leverage AI-assisted product workflows and emerging tools for increased efficiency Demonstrated bias toward action with entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement mindset Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment Capacity to think systemically and design solutions that scale across products and platforms Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ZenHub, or equivalent) Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed product decisions Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on healthcare technology trends and product management best practices ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours Work is performed in a home office environment with standard office equipment including computer, monitors, and communication tools Regular virtual meetings and collaboration sessions via video conferencing platforms Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for project deadlines or cross-timezone collaboration PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer Extensive use of computers, keyboards, and video conferencing tools Mental focus and concentration for complex problem-solving and strategic thinking Ability to manage stress and maintain composure when working under tight deadlines or shifting priorities Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader product and organizational goals Capacity to synthesize large amounts of information and distill into clear, actionable priorities ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS HOPCo Mission, Vision and Values must be acknowledged and adhered to Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required by the organization Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and strategic initiatives Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
