Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the scoring, ML baselining, incidents, and user synthetics core of ADEM — the measurement engine that turns raw telemetry into trustworthy visibility into User and Application Experience for SASE users. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy for this critical product area: defining how experience gets scored, what counts as "normal," how anomalies become actionable incidents, and how synthetic tests catch problems before real users feel them. You will define product requirements, collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product leadership, and support teams, and work with field teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption. Additionally, you will partner with product marketing to craft messaging that resonates with our customers, conveying the value and impact of the product. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and usability, the ability to reason about data and ML concepts, and a knack for visualizing complex data simply. A background in analytics, observability, or networking is highly desirable. Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience with either a bachelor's in engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years as a product manager in one of the following domains is highly preferred: Observability, DEM, APM, Analytics/Business Intelligence, AIOps.
  • Experience building data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations
  • Experience with AI and leveraging AI tools
  • Deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with networking.
  • Track record creating products from concept to market success.
  • Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.

  • Experience with Cloud security will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Digital Experience product area in Prisma Access to build a world-class analytics framework for User to Application experience Monitoring.
  • Define and evolve the experience scoring and ML-driven baselining framework — turning raw telemetry into trustworthy experience scores, dynamic "normal," and accurate anomaly detection, with deep insights into internet and user experience trends, peer comparisons on application performance, and correlation with telemetry across the broader Prisma Access products.
  • Own the incident and user synthetics experience — shaping how anomalies become prioritized, explainable, actionable incidents, and how active synthetic tests proactively catch problems before real users feel them.
  • Demonstrate the ability to rapidly prototype with vibe coding and AI-assisted tools to create product demos, proof-of-concepts, or UI prototypes that accelerate customer validation and internal alignment.
  • Leverage AI technologies (e.g., generative AI for UX prototyping, LLMs for requirement synthesis, and predictive analytics frameworks) to streamline product requirements, enhance execution velocity, and drive innovation in experience monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content
  • Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
