National Debt Relief's Senior Product Manager owns a portfolio of customer-facing and operational products that shape how clients experience their debt relief journey and how our internal teams support them. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, engineering, and data — leading problem definition, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for complex, system-driven workflows that directly impact client outcomes and business KPIs. You'll focus on the post-sale client journey — supporting our Client Success and Client Loyalty teams as they help clients stay on program and reach graduation. As a senior member of the product team, you'll set direction within your domain, raise the bar for product craft across the organization, and partner directly with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to deliver measurable impact at scale.
