About The Position

Oath is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for its donor platform. This senior individual contributor will set the roadmap, make trade-offs under uncertainty, and deliver products with engineering, design, data, and political teams against election deadlines. The role reports to the COO and partners closely with engineering leadership. The Senior Product Manager will shape product practices as Oath grows, including how the team writes specifications, uses AI, measures outcomes, and prioritizes work. The position is remote in the United States, with New York City preferred. It is full-time, with a base salary range of $140,000–$200,000, plus benefits. Final offers depend on location, experience, and skills.

  • Experience defining product vision and roadmap for a product area and influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, system design, and delivery planning.
  • Experience using data to make product decisions, including defining metrics, running experiments, and analyzing results (for example, with SQL or a comparable analytics tool).
  • Track record of shipping products that drove measurable growth, engagement, or revenue.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including writing product strategy and requirements documents.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including leading strategy across multiple teams and mentoring other product managers.
  • Experience as an early product hire or building product processes at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience with payments, fundraising, or other transactional consumer products.
  • Experience with recommendation, ranking, referral, or growth systems.
  • Familiarity with political campaigns, campaign finance, or civic technology.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for research, specifications, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-cycle roadmap for Oath’s donor platform, grounded in donor research, data, and the political landscape.
  • Lead products from problem definition through launch and iteration, writing PRDs and strategy documents that align engineering, design, and data on goals, trade-offs, and success metrics.
  • Set and track goals for donor acquisition, retention, and dollars directed; identify growth loops such as peer-to-peer and recurring giving.
  • Partner with the political and research team to evolve race-impact scoring and translate it into donor-facing experiences.
  • Work with engineering leadership on technical direction and platform scale, especially ahead of high-volume moments such as deadlines and Election Day.
  • Drive AI enablement and adoption across the organization, including implementing tooling and integrations that advance product goals while maintaining donor privacy.
  • Protect donor trust in product decisions, including privacy, objective recommendations, and campaign finance compliance.
  • Communicate strategy and progress to leadership, investors, and partners, and raise the bar for product thinking across the team.
