About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Nasdaq, you will own how directors, committee members, and senior leaders discover, review, and act on board and meeting content. The role combines enterprise software with consumer-grade experience, emphasizing usability, preparation support, and decision quality. It calls for a hands-on builder who can prototype ideas, influence global teams, and create simple experiences for high-stakes users. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Governance Consumer Experience, including dashboards, meeting views, annotations, offline access, and cross-device continuity. You will design preparation and decision-support features such as AI-generated briefings, key-issue highlighting, historical context, and searchable board materials. You will also define flows for voting, consents, surveys, acknowledgements, comments, and action-item tracking; build prototypes and client-facing proofs of concept with AI-assisted and low-code tools; and measure engagement, preparation time, response and completion rates, adoption, and perceived meeting effectiveness. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers a hybrid work environment with at least three days per week in the office, subject to change. Nasdaq describes a competitive rewards package that includes base salary, annual bonus/commissions, equity, benefits, and growth opportunities. Compensation may vary based on candidate- and business-related factors.
