About The Position

As a Senior Product Builder at EarnIn, you will help develop products that provide real-time financial flexibility to people living paycheck to paycheck. EarnIn is making AI-native work a core capability in how it designs, builds, and ships products. Products owned in this role will run in production and make decisions for community members who rely on EarnIn to access their pay. You will bring technical depth to product work by setting product strategy, uncovering insights, and driving execution on zero-to-one initiatives. You will partner with engineers, designers, and domain leads, building the depth to lead new product bets. This is a hybrid position based at EarnIn’s Mountain View headquarters, requiring in-office work two days per week. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $229,661 to $280,697, plus equity and benefits.
