Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in software product management. Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in software development or engineering, management consulting, or investment banking.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
A strong track record of collaborating effectively with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product releases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A passion for understanding user needs and a drive to build impactful and user-centric products.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage timelines.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep and get things done.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for key areas of the Toters platform.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and operations to translate vision into impactful products.
Identify market opportunities, conduct user research, and translate insights into compelling product features and enhancements.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Clearly articulate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership.
Develop solutions that address the evolving needs of our users and contribute to the growth of local economies.
