Senior Product Manager
About The Position
BizzyCar is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive innovation, adoption, and expansion across our agentic product initiatives. This role will be pivotal in taking BizzyCar’s solution efficiency and effectiveness to the next level as it comes to cost reductions and adding more value to our customers. As part of this role, you will own one of BizzyCar's industry-leading automotive retail AI products. Our AI Agents have booked hundreds of thousands of appointments for our customers and handled millions of conversations. Our Agents boast incredibly low escalation rates and unmatched conversion rates. You will also work at the forefront of vibe-coding technology to design, test, and deliver solutions that transform the way and the velocity with which we work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with generative AI tools (and ability to learn coding or vibe-coding technology if not yet proficient).
- Extensive expertise in all levels of product life-cycle, including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, driving consensus while focusing on overarching business priorities.
- Experience working in a start-up environment, showing adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting is a must.
- Hands-on product management experience, demonstrating both leadership and individual contributor skills.
- Familiarity with rapid-cycle testing methodology
- Proven track record of learning new contexts quickly and deeply
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to optimize and commercialize your solutions.
- Ensure business requirements are documented and integrated into product roadmaps and resulting products.
- Leverage rapid-cycle testing methodology to vastly increase product and feature development velocity by designing high quality, fail-fast-and-cheap tests (including leveraging vibe-coding tools to get ahead).
- Design and manage to KPIs for the products and features you own
- Represent BizzyCar at industry events and meetings with customers, prospects, clients, investors, and business partners.
