As Senior Product Manager at Psycho Bunny, you’ll own the assortment; build the line, lead the buys, and hit sales and margin goals. In close collaboration with your team, you’ll partner with Design on new product, manage OTB, read in‑season trends, and keep inventory tight with Planning and Allocation. Requirements

  • 8+ years in a similar role; bachelor’s/college degree in a related field.
  • Strong fashion sense and brand vision; sharp grasp of market and emerging trends.
  • Proven OTB ownership and merchandise planning skills; strong financial/analytical acumen.
  • Strategic, data-driven decision-maker who turns insights into action.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Workspace; Sigma and Momentis are assets.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves, solutions-oriented self-starter who improves processes and challenges the status quo.
  • Strong leadership across cross-functional teams; persuasive communicator, presenter, and influencer.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team (70% coaching/development) while maintaining individual ownership of a key commodity (30% IC).
  • Own the P&L, pricing strategy, and OTB management to maximize sales and gross margin across all team commodities.
  • Partner with Design to drive innovative product strategies and own the seasonal line plan to meet evolving business needs.
  • Build and execute high-impact assortments that align with brand filters and consumer trends to drive future growth.
  • Size future opportunities and conduct competitive research to identify incremental growth and keep the brand ahead of trends.
  • Analyze weekly sales and product performance to optimize inventory, manage shifts in the business, and protect margins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to align assortment strategies with cohesive brand storytelling and seasonal campaigns.
